How Postline handles your data.

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your username, display name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash). When you use Postline, we may store content you post, images you upload, and basic usage information such as timestamps.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to operate Postline. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Your email address is used only for account-related purposes and is not displayed publicly.

Your Content

Content you post publicly on Postline (posts, comments, profile information) is visible to other users and to anyone who visits the platform. You are responsible for what you post. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it you grant Postline a license to store and display it as part of the service.

Uploaded Media

Images and media you upload are stored on our infrastructure. Uploaded files may remain in storage for a period after deletion from the platform. We are not responsible for content that has been copied or cached by third parties before removal.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your posts, profile, and associated data will be removed from the platform, though some records may remain in logs or backups for a limited period.

Your Rights

You may update your profile information at any time through the settings pages. If you want your account and data removed, contact us through the platform.

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of Postline after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
